Text message (SMS) alerts

Edina Grand offers an optional SMS alert program. By opting in — through the sign-up form on this website — you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages about our community, including newly available apartments, new video walkthroughs, and price updates, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or lease.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time; after you text STOP we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers and is intended for recipients 18 or older. Availability, pricing, floor plans, photos, videos, and specials shown on this site are provided for general information, may change at any time without notice, and do not constitute an offer or a binding contract. Apartments are leased subject to availability and to a completed application and signed lease. Edina Grand is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.

Use of this site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the alert program at any time.
