When you submit a contact or tour-request form, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, move-in timing, and the apartment or interest you select. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type) through analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, share availability and pricing, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Text message (SMS) alerts

If you opt in to our text-message alerts, we collect your name and mobile phone number to send you recurring automated text messages about this community — newly available apartments, new video walkthroughs, and price updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

We use your mobile opt-in information only to deliver these alerts. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send the messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only as needed to operate the program. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
